Internal sales & customer service employee (m/f/d)

Do you love contact with people, enjoy making phone calls and are a real sales talent? Then become part of our team! To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for committed employees (m/f/d) to support and inspire our B2B customers by telephone and e-mail.
Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting our existing customers by telephone and acquiring new customers (inbound and outbound)
- Answering enquiries by phone and email - always with a smile in your voice
- Carrying out telephone campaigns to actively approach customers
- Creation and follow-up of offers - including cross-selling
- Supporting the sales force in the preparation and follow-up of appointments
- Maintaining and managing customer data in our CRM system
Your profile:
- Enjoy telephoning and ideally experience in customer service (call centre, tele sales, telemarketing), in internal sales or as a commercial employee, sales clerk, sales assistant, customer advisor or in the back office
- Sales-orientated way of working with a clear focus on sales success
- Strong communicator and service-orientated - you are a good listener and persuader
- routine in dealing with PCs and ideally with CRM systems
