1. Our responsibilities under the European Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR)
As part of our responsibility for packaging and packaging waste, we comply with the requirements of the European Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40 as well as the applicable national regulations on extended producer responsibility in the countries where we place packaged products on the market.

2. Our roles as a business operator
With regard to the definitions set out in Article 3 of the PPWR (EU) 2025/40, our company acts as both a producer and a manufacturer. We ensure that the resulting obligations are met in accordance with the requirements and timeframes.
