The IBS parts cleaning device type A was specially developed for manual brush cleaning of oil and grease contaminated parts, with cold cleaner (petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixtures).
This device in flat and mobile design, is equipped with 4 swivel castors and thus ideally suited for mobile use (for example directly on the vehicle for axle cleaning).
With a working surface (850 x 390) and a load capacity of up to 100 kg, this brush wash stand is suitable for cleaning heavy parts.
The sturdy powder-coated sheet steel construction and the robust galvanised slatted grate guarantee a long service life.The lowered drain, as well as the drain slopes, ensure that everything flows back into the barrel and the cleaner cannot overflow.
The convenient and safe foot switch technology is user-friendly and easy to operate.
The unique IBS special pump is the heart of the IBS parts cleaning units and is designed for use in IBS parts cleaning units. The pump works self-priming, pressureless and is absolutely trouble-free and maintenance-free.

Function
IBS circulation principle
By operating the foot switch, the IBS special pump delivers the cleaning agent from the drum via a hose to the cleaning brush (hollow brush).
The workpiece to be cleaned lies on the support grid and is cleaned with the brush and the cleaning fluid.
During the manual cleaning process, fluid constantly flows in and the contaminated fluid flows back into the barrel.
In the barrel, the cleaning fluid is separated from the cleaning fluid by a hose.
In the barrel, the entrained foreign substances separate themselves from the cleaner and settle at the bottom of the barrel. Since the pump tube is mounted above the bottom of the barrel, the pump always sucks in clean special cleaner.
Thanks to this self-cleaning system, the barrel is always clean.
This self-cleaning process ensures that the IBS special cleaner has a long service life and can be reused for an above-average period of time (6 to 12 months).
The cleaner is replaced by simply changing the drum. This functional principle saves resources, is sustainable, and saves costs and energy.

Description of the The IBS parts cleaning device type WD-100 was specially developed for manual cleaning of small parts contaminated with oil and grease using the high-pressure spraying method. The robust stainless steel design is operated with neutral or alkaline water-based cleaning agents. The bath in the tank is simply filled with cleaning agent after heating to operating temperature (20 to max. 45°C). By pressing the foot switch, the cleaning fluid flows through the spray gun and the parts contaminated with oil and grease can be easily blasted off. The soiled items to be washed are placed in the rotating washing basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the appliance is switched on and the suds are heated in the tank. When the appliance is closed, the basket rotates around its own axis at a constant speed. The pump units suck the suds out of the wash tank and convey them through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes with overlapping flat-jet nozzles. The items to be cleaned are intensively blasted from all sides with the hot suds while the motor-driven basket rotates evenly. When the cleaning process is finished, the unit switches off automatically.
