The IBS parts cleaning device type W-100 was specially developed for manual brush cleaning, with heating, of parts contaminated with oil and grease. The device is operated with neutral or alkaline water-based cleaning agents.
This workshop version, with a working height of 921 mm, has a bath capacity of 28 to max. 60 litres and a smaller work surface of 790 x 490 mm. With a load capacity of up to 100 kg, this brush washbasin is ideal for cleaning medium-sized and heavy parts.
The sturdy stainless steel construction and the robust galvanised slatted grating guarantee a long service life.
Function
By pressing the foot switch, the cleaning liquid flows through the hollow brush and the parts soiled with oil and grease can be easily brushed off. Can also be used as an immersion bath. The parts to be cleaned can be placed in the tank with liquid by simply opening the upper work surface.

The robust stainless steel design is operated with neutral or alkaline water-based cleaning agents. The bath in the tank is simply filled with cleaning agent after heating to operating temperature (20 to max. 45°C). The soiled items to be washed are placed in the rotating washing basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the appliance is switched on and the suds are heated in the tank. When the appliance is closed, the basket rotates around its own axis at a constant speed.
